Northridge Pavers wants this website and its quote form to work whether you browse with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or text zoomed up large.

The target

The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, at Level AA. That is the standard every page is tested against.

How it is tested

Before an update goes live, every page is scanned with axe, an automated accessibility checker, once at a phone width and once at a desktop width. Its latest run reported no serious or critical issue.

Software misses things a person would catch, so a hands-on review with a keyboard and a screen reader is planned. It has not been done yet.

Report a barrier

Use the contact form with A part of this site is hard to use already chosen. In the details box, say which page you were on and what got in the way. Your device, browser or assistive tool helps too, if you want to add it.

If you cannot use the form at all, call (818) 798-9532 and say it is about the website.

What to expect

A reply within 2 business days, and the problem fixed within 45 days of your report. If a fix needs longer, you will be told why and given a new date.

This website only. Northridge Pavers connects homeowners with one licensed contractor, and that contractor’s own quotes, contracts and paperwork are the contractor’s.
